We design and run the measurement that establishes whether a programme changed anything, and by how much.
What this is
Impact appraisal, evaluation and MEL sit at the centre of what Sukuma does. We set the indicators before delivery begins, agree the instruments with every partner, and hold the definitions steady so figures stay comparable across countries and across years.
Evaluation is designed against the decision it has to inform. A funder board paper, a ministerial submission and an internal delivery review need different evidence, and we say which is which.
